The MARYLING SS25 collection celebrates the avid gaze of modern life, focusing on seeking and discovering everything, everywhere, and being enveloped by it. Anything goes. Pixels and squares, lines and geometric shapes even in their simplest form are grouped together to form patterns. From the graphic motifs of Parisian pedestrian crossings to the painted, vintage doors of London; from the archaeological treasures of the Fondazione del Duomo di Milano to the extraordinary mosaic floor of Palazzo Ambrosiano: everything is a source of inspiration and simultaneously a background for the garments in the new collection.

And there’s more. There is also room, in the colors and shapes, for Op-Art madness and the visionary mind of Victor Vasarely. And there is still space for opposites that come together, while the tension between clean, precise, modern shapes meets the magnetism of kitsch and excess, vibrant and intense in its rich palette. One must not forget the maximalist art of Pierre and Gilles, with photos etched with strokes of paint and a fascinating visual heritage always balancing between less is more and more is more. Then there is the iconic Peggy Moffitt, a pioneer of the freedom of the body and muse of the legendary designer Rudi Geinreich whose influence, both emotional and visual, is reflected in the collection, transmitting lightheartedness, fun and a lack of inhibition.
