Milan Fashion Week 2022 – 2023. Dates and Schedule. Everything You Need to Know About
Let’s find out all about the new edition of the Milan Fashion Week September 2022 fashion shows, calendar, events, and the most anticipated designers!
We are pleased to send you the provisional shows calendar for the Milano Fashion Week Women’s Collection, which will take place from the 20th to the 26th of September, and will feature the Spring/Summer 2023 collections.
This Fashion week sees 67 fashion shows on the calendar, of which 61 physical and 6 digital. This edition includes the return to the calendar of Salvatore Ferragamo, Boss, Antonio Marras, Vivetta, Moncler, and Anteprima, which will celebrate respectively their 70th and 30th anniversaries. Present for the first time in the calendar with a physical show: Bally, Stella Jean/WAMI, and Matty Bovan supported by Dolce& Gabbana, while Mmusomaxwell will make its debut on the digital calendar.
In the spirit of continuing to support the next generation of designers, Maison Valentino, together with CNMI, will host on its Instagram channel, the live show of Act n°1, the beneficiary of this year’s Camera Moda Fashion Trust Grant, along with Cormio and Vitelli. Also in the fashion shows calendar, Dolce&Gabbana will support the British designer Matty Bovan, making the whole project possible, starting from the fabrics and materials supply to the making-off of the collection, to its debut on the Milan catwalks.
In this edition, the city of Milan will be involved through various events, including Diesel’s fashion show, which will be open to the public, after registering online; and Anteprima’s fashion show in the Arena Civica in Parco Sempione, celebrating the brand’s 30th anniversary. Milano Fashion Week will open, on the 20th of September, with the eighth edition of the Milano Moda Graduate fashion show, the event that displays the talent of students from Italy’s best fashion schools.
On the evening of 25 September, Milano Fashion Week will be closed by the CNMI Sustainable Fashion Awards, the event that returns with its fifth edition and is dedicated to awarding personalities and virtuous realities that in the world of Italian and international fashion have distinguished themselves for their commitment to sustainability in its highest sense. The calendar may be subject to changes that will be visible on our website www.cameramoda.it. The updated version with presentations and events will be presented at our press conference on the 7th of September.
Hoping to see you soon, I wish you all a good summer.
